NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 30th day of March 1976, presented to the said Court
by KENNETH ROY HORSLEY of Warkworth, solicitor, and the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Auckland on the 9th day of June 1976 at 10 o’clock
in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory of the
said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time
of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-
signed to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.

This notice was filed by the petitioner in person. The
petitioner’s address for service is at the offices of Messrs
Quartley Anderson Laird & Ivory, A.A. Mutual Building,

abovenamed, notice in writing of his intention to do so.
The notice must state the name, address, and description
of the person or if a firm the name, address, and description
of the firm and an address for service within 3 miles of
the office of the Supreme Court at Auckland and must be
signed by the person or firm or his or their solicitor (if
any) and must be served or, if posted, must be sent by
post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner’s
address for service not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon
of the 8th day of June 1976.

IN THE MATTER OF THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928, AND IN THE MATTER
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS ACT 1954:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Corporation of the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Upper Hutt requires
to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a
public work, namely for waterworks. The land is proposed
to be used as a site for a reservoir. A survey plan showing
the land required to be taken, together with the names of
the owners and occupiers thereof, as far as they can be
ascertained, has been prepared and a copy thereof is deposited
at the offices of the Upper Hutt City Council, Ferguson
Drive, Upper Hutt, where it is open for public inspection,
without charge, during office hours. A copy of the plan
has been lodged with the Chief Surveyor under No. S.O.
30980. Every person directly affected is hereby required to
set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to
the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written
objection within forty (40) days after the first publication
of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal
Board, Wellington. If any such objection is made a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and such objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land, situated in the City of Upper Hutt
at Horseshoe Bend, Main Road North, containing 2583 square
metres, more or less, being part of Section 170 of the Hutt
District, and being all of the land delineated on the Survey
Plan above mentioned, and being part of the land comprised
in and described by certificate of title 348/278 (Wellington
Registry), limited as to parcels and subject to Gazette notice
664559.
Dated at Upper Hutt this 13th day of May 1976.

May 1976.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
of each week. Notices from Government departments must
be received by the Gazette Clerk, Department of Internal
Affairs, by noon on Tuesdays. Advertisements will be accepted
by the Government Printer until noon on Wednesdays.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $25 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual Volume (including index) bound in buckram,
price on application. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
