Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae reserve for the common use and benefit of the Ngatikoro Hapu such marae reserve to be called Painoaiho marae.

12.5452 The land known as Tupou Wahitapu as created by a freehold order of the Maori Land Court, dated 9 July 1934.

Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1976, No. 18.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
Pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby re- vokes its resolution of 16 October 1974*, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington) from the southern boundary of Greytown Borough to the boundary of Featherston Borough, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 and 2 of Plan M.O.W. 36416, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Masterton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road in so far as it affects that part of No. 2 State Highway for half its width over a distance of 20 metres southward from the junction of the north-east boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 2952 (C.T. 9B/1338), with the State highway boundary.

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Kairanga County) Notice No. 1, 1976.
- The Kairanga County Council’s proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
- So much of the notice, dated the 18th day of January 1951†, which relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
