PROVISIONAL SCHEME OBJECTION PERIOD EXTENDED

PURSUANT to the Local Government Act 1974, the Local Government Commission advises that the closing date for objections to the above provisional scheme (first publicly notified on Wednesday, 5 November) and subsequently extended to 12 February 1976, is hereby further extended to 29 February 1976.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Local Government Act 1974, written objections to the provisional scheme may be lodged by any person or body interested not later than 29 February 1976. Should no objections be lodged during that period the Local Government Commission may approve the provisional scheme as a final scheme.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 17th day of December 1975 confirming the reduction of capital resolved in the special resolution passed on the 22nd day of August 1975 and relating to the payment out of the share premium account of dividends not exceeding in total the sum of $4,519.177 (being the amount standing to the credit of such share premium account as at the 31st day of March 1975) upon the several conditions therein set out was registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 16th day of January 1976.
