Animal Quarantine Ground at Waerenga—Extension of
Declaration (No. 1327 Ag. 6/4/7/2)
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 11 of the
Animals Act 1967, the land and premises described in the
Schedule hereto are declared to be a quarantine ground for
the detention of imported horses from the 12th day of
February 1976 to the 11th day of August 1976.
This notice extends for a further 6 months the declaration
dated 21 August 1975 published in New Zealand Gazette,
1975, at page 1866.

ALL that parcel of land containing 89 acres and 4.6 perches,
more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan S. 5748, and part

Licensing Ernest Alfred Sissons to Occupy a Site for a
Dinghy Platform in Whangaroa Harbour
PURSUANT to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act
1950, I, Owen John Conway of the Ministry of Transport,
in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Ernest Alfred Sissons (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his
administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part
of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Whangaroa Harbour
as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 121 and deposited
in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for
the purpose of maintaining thereon a dinghy platform as
shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed
by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions
set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
lst day of January 1976.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twenty
dollars ($20) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the
Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end
of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.
