Land Taken for an Access Way in the Borough of Northcote

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an access way and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the Borough of Northcote, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1976.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 6.13 perches, situated in the Borough of Northcote, and being that area of land shown marked "Right of Way"' on D.P. 21248 and being the residue of the land in certificate of title, Volume 603, folio 172, North Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of January 1976.

Amending Description of Area Added to Inner Area of Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District

At the Government House at Wellington this 22nd day of December 1975

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

THE First Schedule to the Order in Council made on the 1st day of April 1975* altering the boundaries of the Inner Area of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District is hereby amended-

(a) By omitting the words "Rongomai Road, and that roadside produced across Matthews Road to and northerly, then easterly along the western and northern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 50280", and substituting the words "Rongomai Road, along a right line across Matthews Road to and easterly along the northern boundaries of Lots 1 and 5, D.P. 50280":

(b) By omitting the words "a right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 5, D.P. 23052", and substituting the words "a right line joining the last-mentioned point with the easternmost corner of Lot 5, D.P. 23052".

PURSUANT to section 31 (1A) of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967 (as inserted by section 5 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Amendment Act 1974) the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby appoints
