Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Wairewa County

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the 6th day of May 1976.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 88 square metres, situated in Block III, Ellesmere Survey District, being part Lot 1 of Section 1B, Block VII, Reserve 959. All the land in Gazette notice No. 62296/1.

Land Proclaimed as Road in Block XIV, Ranginui Survey District, Waitomo District and Otorohanga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land, described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest as to the land firstly described, in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the District of Waitomo as to the area within that district, and, as to the land secondly described in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the District of Waitomo.

Declaring Land Taken for Street Diversion in the City of Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 191 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject as to the land fourthly described and together with party wall rights and right of way created by transfers 418524 and 418525 for street diversion, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch from and after the 6th day of May 1976.
