Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the sewage easement created by transfer No. 322302.13; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the sewage easement created by transfer No. 322302.10; and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the sewage easement created by transfer No. 322302.10, and the fencing covenant contained in transfer No. 322302.11; and the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the sewage easement created by transfer No. 322302.7, and the fencing covenant contained in transfer No. 322302.8, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, for State housing purposes from and after the 6th day of May 1976.
