The Road Classification (Marlborough County) Notice No. 2, 1976
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Marlborough County) Notice No. 2, 1976.

The Marlborough County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

The notice, dated the 25th day of March 1976†, which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Designation of Central Otago Community Arts Council
PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Southern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Central Otago Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Central Otago Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:
Vincent, Lakes, Maniototo, and Tuapeka Counties, and all towns and boroughs contained therein.
