Licences Issued Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 6/2/3/1)
PURSUANT to sections 21 (6), 25 (4) and 25 (5) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar hereby gives notice that licences have been issued, renewed, or have lapsed as set out in the Schedules hereto.
Those in Schedule 1 are subject to no conditions.
Those in Schedule 2 are subject to the conditions:
- That it is not sold to any person other than a veterinary surgeon, or a dealer, or otherwise than pursuant to the prescription of a veterinary surgeon.
- That it is not used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon.
Those in Schedule 3 are renewed subject to no conditions.
Those in Schedule 4 are renewed subject to the conditions:
- That it is not sold to any person other than a veterinary surgeon, or a dealer, or otherwise than pursuant to the prescription of a veterinary surgeon.
- That it is not used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon.
Those in Schedule 5 relate to a change of trade name of a licensed remedy.
