PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Tokoroa High School Board of Governors Notice 1976.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1976.

2. The Board of Governors of Tokoroa High School shall be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
   (b) One member elected by the teachers at the school;
   (c) Eight members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
   (d) One member appointed by the Tokoroa Borough Council;
   (e) One member co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit.

3. This notice is in substitution for the Tokoroa High School Board of Governors Order 1963*.

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Otumoetai College Board of Governors Notice 1976.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1976.

2. The Board of Governors of Otumoetai College shall be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
   (b) One member elected by the teachers at the school;
   (c) Eight members elected by parents of pupils attending the school;
   (d) One member to be co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit.

3. The Tauranga Colleges Board of Governors shall cease to control Otumoetai College and the sole control of that
