PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with and subject to the rights of way easements created by transfers No. 560675 and 775279, and subject to the water and pipeline easements created by transfers No. 390539 and 390540, for State housing purposes from and after the 22nd day of April 1976.
