Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato
Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1418 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—
(i) An area of 8 acres 2 roods 14 perches, or there-
abouts, situated west of and adjoining Marshland
Road in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey Dis-
trict, being Lot 55 on Deposited Plan No. 875, part
of Rural Sections 6440 and 6440X (Canterbury Regis-
try).

Licensing Taspac Oysters Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Water
Intake Pipeline at Orongo Bay, Bay of Islands
PURSUANT to section 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act
1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport,
in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport,
hereby license and permit Taspac Oysters Ltd. (hereinafter
called the licensee, which terms shall include its successors
or assigns unless the context requires a different construction)
to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the
sea at Orongo Bay, Bay of Islands as shown on plan marked
M.D. (N) 122 and deposited in the office of the Ministry
of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon a water intake pipeline as shown on the said plan,
such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon
and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
-
This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto. -
The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
1st day of March 1976. -
The premium payable by the licensee shall be twenty
dollars ($20) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be twenty-eight dollars ($28); provided always that
the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end
of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Varying Notice of Declaration of State Highways
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953,
the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval
of the Minister of Works and Development, hereby gives
notice that it cancels the Varying Notice of 18 October 1967
published in the Gazette, 26 October 1967, No. 68, page 1869,
and varies the notice published in the Gazette, 24 March
1960, Vol. I, page 384, by deleting from the Schedule to
the said notice the paragraph described in the First Schedule
hereto, and substituting therefor the paragraph set out in
the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
DUNEDIN—No. 1 State Highway.
SECOND SCHEDULE
DUNEDIN—No. 1 State Highway:
(a) From the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway at the boundary
of Dunedin City along Pine Hill Road, Great King Street,
Duke Street, Cumberland Street, Gowland Street, Castle Street,
High Street, Cumberland Street, Andersons Bay Road, Bridge-
man Street, Wilkie Road, Main South Road, and Caversham
Valley Road to the south-western boundary of the city.
(b) From the intersection of Duke and Great King Streets
along Great King Street, Malcolm Street, Cumberland Street,
and High Street to its junction with Crawford Street, along
Crawford Street and Andersons Bay Road to its junction with
Cumberland Street.

Boundaries of Borough of Oamaru, County of Waitaki, and
Waireka and Kakanui Ridings of Waitaki County Defined
PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby redefines, as
set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Borough
of Oamaru, County of Waitaki, and the Waireka and Kaka-
nui Ridings of Waitaki County, the boundaries having
previously been altered by Order in Council, made on 18
February 1974, published in Gazette, 21 February 1974,
No. 15, p. 309.

BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF OAMARU
ALL that area in the Otago Land District bounded by a line
commencing at the westernmost corner of part Section 63,
Block IV, Oamaru Survey District, and proceeding north-
westerly along the north-eastern boundary of part Lot 2,
D.P. 1392, to the north-eastern corner of Lot 12, D.P. 363;
thence southerly to the north-eastern corner of Lot 4, D.P.
9587; thence westerly and southerly along the northern and
western boundaries of that lot to the southernmost corner
of Lot 5, D.P. 11003; thence north-westerly along the south-
western boundaries of that Lot 5 and Lots 4, 3, and 2,
D.P. 11003, to a point in line with the south-eastern bound-
ary of Lot 29, D.P. 363; thence south-westerly to and along
