Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road
Closed and Vested in Block X, Takapau Survey District,
Dannevirke County
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice,
dated the 21st day of January 1976, and published in Gazette,
5 February 1976, No. 13, on page 253, proclaiming land as
road and road closed and vested in Block X, Takapau Survey
District, Dannevirke County, by omitting the words “Chair-
man, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Hawke’s
Bay” and substituting the words “Chairman, Councillors and
Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke”.
