Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

PURSUANT to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drugs set out in the Schedule hereto.

The Motor Launch (Ruamahanga River) Notice 1976—Featherston County Council

PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give the following notice:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Ruamahanga River) Notice 1976.

(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette and shall remain in force until revoked by further notice in the Gazette.

  1. Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto the area of water described in the First Schedule shall be exempted from regulations 11 (b), 11 (c), 12 (b), and 12 (c) of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 excepting during the duck shooting season.

  2. Notice is hereby given that the Motor Launch (Ruamahanga River) Notice 1975—Featherston County Council† is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that area of water of the Ruamahanga River extending from the Onoke stopbank upstream to the Tuhitarata Bridge.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SUITABLE notices, as may be approved by the Regional Marine Officer at Wellington, shall be erected at the limits of the area described in the First Schedule to this notice.

Amending the Licence Authorising Edwin Gerald Baker, Trevor Ian Halsey Wells, Clarence Ronald Papps, Arthur Lawrence Balck and Allen Clive Colville to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Tata Beach, Golden Bay

PURSUANT to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby amend the licence of 3 September 1975* authorising Edwin Gerald Baker, Trevor Ian Halsey Wells, Clarence Roland Papps, Arthur Lawrence Balck, and Allen Clive Colville, acting as trustees for the Tarakohe Sea Anglers Club, to occupy a site for a boat ramp at Tata Beach, Golden Bay, by deleting the name “Allen Clive Colville” and substituting “Owen Peter Prince”.

Amending the Foreshore Licence Authorising G. B. Neil, K. J. McFetridge, L. T. Finn and N. H. Miles to Occupy a Site for a Landing at Kaiua, Firth of Thames

PURSUANT to sections 162 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence of 9 August 1973* authorising George Bazil Neil, Keith Joseph McFetridge, Leslie Thomas Finn, and Neil Henry Miles, to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Kaiua, Firth of Thames, as shown on plan M.D. 14977 as a site for a landing, is hereby amended by deleting the name “Keith Joseph McFetridge” wherever it appears and substituting the name “Kenneth Douglas Rookes”.
