Declaring Land Taken, Subject to and Together With Certain
Rights, for State Housing Purposes in the City of Napier

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer
19759, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto
is hereby taken, together with the drainage rights created by
transfer 69579 and subject to the fencing covenant contained
in transfer 26626, and the land described in the Third Schedule
hereto is hereby taken, together with the drainage rights created
by transfer 69579 and subject to the fencing covenant contained
in transfer 28555, and the land described in the Fourth
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing
covenant contained in transfer 19732, and the land described
in the Fifth Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the
fencing covenant contained in transfer 19864, and the land
described in the Sixth Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together
with the drainage rights created by transfer 69579 and subject
to the caveat contained in transfer 4586, and also subject to
the fencing covenants contained in transfer 23484, and the land
described in the Seventh Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
together with the right of way created by transfer 62090 and
subject to the drainage and fencing covenants contained in
transfer 23484, and the land described in the Eighth Schedule
hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of way created
by transfer 62300 and subject to the drainage rights and
fencing covenants contained in transfer 23484, Hawke's Bay
Land Registry, for State housing purposes from and after the
14th day of April 1976.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Housing
Purposes in the Borough of Wairoa

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
declaration dated the 18th day of December 1975, and
published in Gazette, 8 January 1976, No. 1, on page 6,
declaring land taken for housing purposes in the Borough of
Wairoa by omitting the letters and figures "D.P. 7673", which
refer to the area of 249 square metres being part Lot 13
marked "P" on plan M.O.W. 28310 (S.O. 6539) referred to in
the Schedule, and substituting the letters and figures "D.P.
8207".
