82. Hay, Straw and Chaff

  1. Hay and straw (baled) and chaff will be charged at the wagon rates specified in paragraph 2 hereof, or on actual weight at class E plus 50 percent whichever is cheaper.

  2. (a) Rates per wagon (owners to load and unload) will be charged as follows:
    (i) Per four wheeled wagon not otherwise specified ... at the rates specified in sub-paragraph (b) hereof.
    (ii) Per Kc, Kp, Ks, Lc, Xc or Xp wagon ... at the rates specified in sub-paragraph (b) hereof increased by 25 percent.
