Notice by Minister of Trade and Industry of Consent to an Aggregation Proposal

Pursuant to section 68 of the Commerce Act 1975, the Minister of Trade and Industry, acting with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance hereby consents to the aggregation proposal specified hereunder, being an aggregation proposal which also required consent, under the Overseas Investment Act 1973 and the Overseas Investment Regulations 1974*.
