of March 1976, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:
That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

Notice is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 31st day of March 1976, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:
- That the company be wound up voluntarily.
- That Mr Desmond Morrow Wilson be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.

WAERENGA-MARAMARUA ROAD
TAKING AND STOPPING ACTIONS
Public notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the lands described in the First Schedule hereto are to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, and the roads described in the Second Schedule hereto are to be stopped.
A plan of these portions of land to be taken and road to be stopped are available for public inspection at the office of the Council in Clyde Street, Hamilton East.
Every person directly affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection you may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land or to the stopping of such roads not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation and to send such written objection in the case of the lands to be taken for road, to the Town & Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington and in respect of road stopping action, to the office of the Council, within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice.
Public hearings of the objections will be held unless the objectors otherwise require and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
