THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Upon hearing Mr W. H. Blyth, solicitor for the above-named company, and Mr B. L. Bridger, of counsel for the Solicitor-General and the Registrar of Companies consenting hereto, this Court hereby orders that the name of T. & M. Maher Limited be restored by the Registrar of Companies to the Register of Companies at Auckland, but that this order lie in the Court until the Registrar of the Court is notified by the Registrar of Companies that the applicant has complied with the conditions set out in a memorandum bearing the signature of the Honourable Mr Justice Chilwell and further orders and directs that the costs of and incidental to the said notice of motion and this order to be $60, and be paid by the applicant, and that the said company, and all other persons, be placed in the same position as nearly as may be as if the name of the said company had never been struck off the Register, and for such purpose the Registrar of Companies is hereby directed to publish, in his official name in the New Zealand Gazette forthwith, a copy of this order.
