Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 7 (No. 1413 Ag. 80002)

Pursuant to the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 7.
    (2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September 1975.

  2. The First Schedule (as substituted by the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 6) and the Second Schedule (as substituted by the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 5) to the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975 are hereby revoked, and the Schedules to this notice are hereby substituted therefore.

  3. The Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendments No. 5 and 6, are hereby consequentially revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

TOWN MILK PRODUCER PRICES

(b) High-speed chilling and storing in a refrigerated vat 0.152
(c) Medium-speed chilling and storing in a refrigerated vat 0.092
2. Administration of producer association or organisation on sales to operators of treatment stations
or direct to vendors for association with aggregate sales of—
(a) Up to and including 10,000 litres per day 0.183
(b) More than 10,000 litres and up to and including 35,000 litres per day 0.128
(c) More than 35,000 litres per day and up to and including 65,000 litres per day 0.102
(d) Over 65,000 litres per day 0.084
