Cancellation of the Vesting in the Paparua County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Paparua, and revokes the reservation for gravel purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration that the Said Reserve shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for the preservation of flora and fauna, and further, declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block IX, Mangamuka Survey District—Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 191a of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Hokianga County Council, pursuant to the said section 191a and, as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaration that a Reserve be the Lake Hayes Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation, described in the Schedule hereto, to be public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Lake Hayes Domain. This notice is issued in substitution for the notice, dated 15 July 1975, and published in Gazette, 24 July 1975, No. 62, page 1624, and that notice is hereby cancelled.
