Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Block II, Kaihu Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road from and after the 8th day of April 1976.

Land for Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road

ALL that piece of land containing 11.7 perches, situated in Block II, Kaihu Survey District, being part Lot 14, D.P. 15092; as shown on plan M.O.W. 23854 (S.O. 45976) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods and 3 perches, adjoining or passing through Section 29, Block VII, Piako Survey District; as shown on plan M.O.W. 8446 (S.O. 41916) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
