declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of an amalgama-
tion of titles it is considered necessary to replace the notice
aforesaid.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice Rotorua 1976, No. 4. -
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby revoked. -
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is

undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under
powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the
