A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of April 1976.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 967 square metres, situated in Block XV, Whangarei Survey District, and being part Lot 4, D.P. 28706; as shown marked "A" on S.O. Plan 50335 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of March 1976.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Thames-Coromandel District as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of April 1976.
