SPECIAL PRICES

  1. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing provisions of this order, and subject to such conditions, if any, as he thinks fit, the Secretary on application by any wholesaler, or retailer, may authorise special maximum prices in respect of any bread to which this order applies where special circumstances exist or for any reason extraordinary charges (freight or otherwise) are incurred by the wholesaler or retailer. Any authority given by the Secretary under this clause may apply with respect to a specified lot or consignment of bread or may relate generally to all bread sold by the wholesaler or retailer, while the approval remains in force.

PRICE TICKETING OF BREAD

  1. Every retailer who sells bread to which this order applies shall display in his shop in a prominent position so as to be easily read by customers, a price list in legible and prominent characters showing in respect of bread the retail price per loaf determined in accordance with this order.
