NOTICE is hereby given that, by minute book resolution, pursuant to section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, dated 16 March 1976, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:

That the company cannot, by reason of its debts, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up and the company be wound up voluntarily.

And, by ordinary resolution, that I. F. Farrant, of Gilfillan & Co., Dunedin, be appointed liquidator of the company.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the offices of the Employees Association, S.I.M.U. Building, Stuart Street, Dunedin, on Friday, 26 March 1976, at 2.15 p.m.

  1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors, etc.
