Land Taken for Street and for Sanitary Works (Disposal of Refuse) in the City of Wellington
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary works (disposal of refuse) and that the said pieces of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of March 1976.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2036 square metres, situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 25110; as shown on plan S.O. 30121 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon marked "A".
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District, described as follows:

2.8970 Part Lot 1, D.P. 25110; marked "B" on plan.
0.2334 Part Lot 4, D.P. 26908; marked "C" on plan.
7.1237 Part Lot 4, D.P. 26908; marked "D" on plan.
As shown on plan S.O. 30121 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon marked as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of March 1976.

Declaring Land in Taranaki Land District, Vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—EGMONT COUNTY
Section 77 (formerly part Section 35), Block I, Oeo Survey District, containing 3768 square metres, more or less, and being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 13, folio 58, Taranaki Registry (S.O. 10760).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of March 1976.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Canterbury Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
