Price Order No. 14 (Amendment No. 5 of Price Order No. 2238) (Phosphatic Fertilisers)
Pursuant to the Commerce Act 1975, I, Maurice John Belgrave, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Trade and Industry, hereby make the following price order:

This order may be cited as Price Order No. 14 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 2238* [as amended by Price Order No. 2248† (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 2238) and by Price Order No. 2321‡ (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 2238) and Price Order No. 2325§ (Amendment No. 3 of Price Order No. 2238) and by Price Order 13** (Amendment No. 4 of Price Order 2238)] (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

This order shall come into force on the 19th day of March 1976.

The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the Fifth Schedule (as substituted by Price Order No. 2248 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order 2238) and the Sixth Schedule thereto, and substituting the following Schedules.
