PURSUANT to section 3 (2) of the Tourist Hotel Corporation Act 1974*, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

John Edmond McClean, of Invercargill
to be directors of the Tourist Hotel Corporation of New Zealand for a term of 3 years with effect from 2 February 1976, and, pursuant to section 3 (3) of the said Act and section 25 (f) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924†, to appoint the aforementioned Robert Donald Cox to be the Chairman of the Tourist Hotel Corporation, in the stead of Stanley B. Blackburn of Wanganui, a director of the Corporation previously appointed to be the Chairman, such appointment to take effect from 27 February 1976.
