SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-TAUMARUNUI BOROUGH
In the notice dated the 2nd day of February 1976, and
published in Gazette, 5 February 1976, No. 13, page 251,
declaring land taken for a government work (additional land
for the purposes of the N.I.M.T. Railway) at Taumarunui
and not now required for that purpose to be Crown land,
for the words "Minister of Transport" read "Minister of
Railways" which last-mentioned words appear in the original
notice as signed by the Minister of Railways.

Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Dunedin-Milton
Motorway in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1947, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle
line of a portion of the Dunedin-Milton Motorway shall
be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands
situated within the limits of the area shown coloured red on
plan S.O. 18397, referred to in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
COMMENCING at a point on the south-western boundary of
Lot 13, Deeds Plan 65, 16 metres from the western corner
of that lot; proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction
generally for a distance of 200 metres approximately, passing
in, into, through, or over the following roads, streets, ways,
highways, or lands (which have been taken for better utilisa-
tion by the Gazette notices numbered hereunder) etc., viz:
Tay Street, Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 8809 (G.N. 433064), Lot 1,
D.P. 8809 (G.N. 276099), part Lot 8, Deeds Plan 65 (G.N.
276100), parts Lot 7, Deeds Plan 65 (G.N. 276100), Vernal
Street, part Lot 6, Deeds Plan 65 (G.N. 317598), parts Lot 5,
Deeds Plan 65 (G.N. 298169 and 332135), Grosvenor Street,
and terminating at a point on the north-western boundary
of Lot 36, Deeds Plan 65, 5 metres from the western corner
of that lot in Block VII, Town District, City of Dunedin.
As the same is delineated on plan S.O. 18397, lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 12th day of March 1976.

Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in
Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Otago Education Board as a site for a school,
shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and dis-
charged from every education trust affecting the same, but
subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affect-
ing the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT-TAIERI COUNTY
SECTION 50, Block IV, Mount Hyde Survey District: area,
9839 square metres, more or less. All certificate of title
No. 173/172 (S.O. Plan 5869).
