That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on the 23rd day of February 1976, the following special resolution was passed:
That by reason of the company’s liabilities it cannot continue in business and that the company be wound up. Mr F. N. Paitry, chartered accountant, of Otahuhu, has been appointed liquidator of the company.
