It shall be an offence for any person to drive black
swan(s) for the purpose of hunting or killing them in the
Auckland Acclimatisation District. -
It shall be an offence to shoot game from drifting or
hand propelled boats on the Waikato River north of the
boat ramp at the confluence of the Mangawara Stream and
the Waikato River at Taupiri.

mutatis mutandis, to the conditions prescribed in this notification fixing an open season for game in those districts.
