and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
1.This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical
Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations
1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations.
2.The systems of supply shall be as under paragraph (d)
of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967.
3.This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully terminated,
continue in force until the expiration of 21 years from the
date hereof or until electricity is available from an electric power board or other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.
SCHEDULE
ELECTRIC lines commencing from the licensees' radio station situated in Waitangi-Tuku Road and proceeding in a south-westerly direction to the Exchange Terminal. All being situated in Block II, Oropuke Survey District, Chatham Islands, and more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 913 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

The Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 1, 1976
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962 the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
1.This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 1, 1976.
2.The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3.The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.
4.The Traffic (Lake County) Notice No. 1, 1970, dated the 16th day of June 1970† under regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated in Lake County at Frankton is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Lake County at Frankton:
No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) from a point 180 metres measured easterly generally along the said State highway from McBride Street to a point 1.1 km measured westerly generally along the said State highway from McBride Street.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Lake County at Frankton:
No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) from a point 80 metres measured northerly generally along the said State highway from Gray Street to a point 60 metres measured southerly generally along the said State highway from Gray Street.

The Traffic (Taupo County) Notice No. 3, 1976
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962 the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
1.This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taupo County) Notice No. 3, 1976.
2.The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3.The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the 20th day of December in each year and ending with the 10th day of February in the next ensuing year and the period commencing with the Thursday preceding Easter and ending with the Tuesday following Easter each year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 50-kilometres-an-hour fixed by the said section.
4.The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon during the period commencing with the 11th day of February each year and ending with the Wednesday preceding Easter and the period commencing with the Wednesday following Easter each year and ending with the 19th day of December shall be subject to the speed limitation fixed by the said regulation.
5.The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.
6.The Traffic (Taupo County) Notice No. 1, 1976, dated the 23rd day of December 1975† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Taupo County is hereby revoked.
