(i) All that parcel of land containing 1360 square metres, being Lot A on Survey Office Plan 47310, Hamilton Registry, and being part of the block created by partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 15 February 1963 called Te Kumi A21A.

(ii) All that parcel of land containing 4980 square metres, being Lot EE on Survey Plan 47310, Hamilton Registry, and being part of the block created by consolidation order of the Maori Land Court dated 10 November 1936 called Te Kumi A29.

Both the said parcels of land are situated off Te Kumi, Station Road, near Te Kuiti.

DIOCESE OF WAIA PU SOCIAL WORK FUND BOARD OF TRUSTEES INCORPORATED

I, George Reginald McCarthy, Assistant Registrar of Charitable Trusts, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the Diocese of Waipu Social Work Fund Board of Trustees Incorporated is no longer carrying on its operations and that as the statute setting up the trust was repealed by the Synod of the Diocese of Waipu on the 13th day of October 1919, it is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 26 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF SCHEME

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, that the Supreme Court at Christchurch on the 13th day of February 1976 approved the Scheme whereby the fund directed to be established by the last will and testament of Amelia Bullock-Webster, late of Malvern, England, widow, deceased, and directed in her will to be known as “the Robert and Elizabeth Watson and Amelia Bullock-Webster Fund” be administered and managed by the Public Trustee which Scheme is in variation of the trusts set out in the said will concerning the said fund.
