IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of J. ILOTT LIMITED a duly incorporated company having
its registered office at Wellington and carrying on business
as an advertising and marketing agent.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand dated the 22nd day of January 1976 con-
firning the reduction of capital of the abovenamed company
from $300,000 to $150,000, and the minute approved by the
Court showing with respect to the capital of the company
as altered the several particulars required by the above-
mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies
on the 19th day of February 1976. The said minute is in
the words and figures following:

“The capital of J. Ilott Limited henceforth is one hundred
and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) divided into three
hundred thousand (300,000) fully paid ordinary shares of
fifty cents ($0.50) each having been reduced from three
hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) divided into three
hundred thousand (300,000) fully paid ordinary shares of
one dollar ($1.00) each.”
