Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City
of Waitemata

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken, subject as to the land firstly described to the building
line restriction contained in K50697, North Auckland Land
Registry, and to the fencing covenant contained in transfer
No. A132916, North Auckland Land Registry, and further
subject as to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto
to the building line restriction contained in No. 090049, North
Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes from
and after the 26th day of February 1976.
