PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1975, No. 21.

The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a fishing ground, for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngatitamaahuroa and Titahi subtribes.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the County of Wanganui

PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953 for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following Special Order made by the Wanganui County Council on the 12th day of December 1975 is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
“THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 3 (1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 and amendments thereto, the Wanganui County Council hereby, by way of Special Order, declares that the plants named in the Schedule hereto to be noxious weeds within the whole of the County of Wanganui.
SCHEDULE
Thorn apple (Datura stramonium)
Spiderwort (Leycesieria formosa)
Woolly nightshade (Solanium auriculatum).”

Notice of Approval of Bylaws
PURSUANT to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby approve the Manukau City Council Bylaw No. 8, 1967, Foreshore and Marine Control Amendment No. 5, made by the Council at an ordinary meeting held on 30 October 1975 and confirmed at a meeting of the Council held on 27 November 1975.
