Declaring a Stormwater Drainage Easement Taken for a State
Primary School over land in Block XX, Shotover Survey
District, Lake County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the stormwater drainage easement described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school
over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto from
and after the 15th day of January 1976.

FIRST SCHEDULE

An easement in gross vesting the full and free right, liberty, and
licence at all times for Her Majesty the Queen, her servants,
agents, and workmen to lay, construct, and place a line of
stormwater drainage pipes of such size or sizes as may from
time to time be reasonably required along and under the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to convey storm-
water through the said pipes together with the further right
for Her Majesty's servants, agents, and workmen to enter
upon the said land from time to time, with or without
implements, tools, machinery, material, and other things for
the purpose of opening up the soil and inspecting, repairing,
renewing, and maintaining the said pipes in good and satisfactory
order and to such extent as may be necessary and
reasonable in that regard, subject to the condition that as
little disturbance as possible is caused to the surface of the
said land, and that the surface is restored as nearly as
possible to its original condition and any other damage done
by reason of the aforesaid operations is repaired.

SECOND SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 43 square metres, being part
Lot 9, D.P. 8355, being part Section 25, Block XX, Shotover
Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 18223 lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin, and thereon marked
