Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block XIII, Maungaharuru Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 18th day of December 1975, and published in Gazette, 8 January 1976, No. 1, on page 13, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and land taken and vested in Block XIII, Maungaharuru Survey District, Hawke's Bay County by omitting the words 'Part Section 10' as they appear in the First Schedule as to the description of the area of land containing 946 square metres marked "L" on plan S.O. 6678 referred to therein and substituting the words 'Part Section 9'.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the said stopped road to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 19th day of February 1976.
