CORRIGENDUM

IN Price Order No. 11 (Ecuadorian Bananas) published in New Zealand Gazette, No. '15, of 12 February 1976, page 299, clause 5, subclause (1), paragraph (a), line 13, for "1 kg, 69 cents;", read "1 kg, 60 cents;".

Declaring Land in Taranaki Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT-WAITOMO COUNTY

SECTIONS 8 and 9, Aratoro Village, and Section 13, Block VIII, Mapara Survey District (S.O. 5593 and 4541): area, 3.7362 hectares, more or less.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of February 1976.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens or easements affecting the same as at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT-HUTT COUNTY

CLOSED road (adjoining Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 4096), situated in Block X, Akatarawa Survey District: area, 4122 square metres (1 acre 0 roods 3 perches), more or less. All Proclamation A035666, Wellington Registry (S.O. 17745).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 2nd day of February 1976.

Polling Places Appointed Under the Electoral Act 1956

PURSUANT to the Electoral Act 1956, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby abolish all existing polling places in the electoral district of Nelson, and hereby appoint the places, mentioned in the Schedule below, to be the polling places for the said electoral district.
