NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of
Edinburgh Builders Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily,
does hereby fix the 20th day of February 1976 as the day
on or before which the creditors of the company are to
prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may
have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made
before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from
objecting to the distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in the minute book,
signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies
Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 26th day of
January 1976, passed a resolution for voluntary winding-up,
and that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company
will accordingly be held at the boardroom of T. A. Carr,
Chartered Accountant, McCullough’s Building, 63 Devonport
Road, Tauranga, on Thursday, the 5th day of February 1976,
at 9.30 a.m.

(1) Consideration of a statement of position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors.

remuneration thereof:

The members of the Company have in their resolution dated
26th of January 1976, appointed Mr T. A. Carr, chartered
accountant, of Tauranga, provisional liquidator of the Company. Creditors of the company may make further nominations
as to liquidator, if they so wish, or confirm Mr Carr’s appointment. The directors advise that Mr Carr has had no previous
connection with the company. Accordingly the following resolution will be placed before the meeting:

“That Mr T. A. Carr appointed by the members of the
company as provisional liquidator be confirmed by the
creditors as liquidator of the company.”

(3) Appointment of a committee of inspection, if thought fit.
