Declaring Land Taken for Street and the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Street in the Borough of Mount Albert

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Albert from and after the 5th day of February 1976.
