Approval of Motor Cycle Riding School

PURSUANT to regulation 19D (5) of the Motor Drivers Regula-
tions 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby approves the
motor cycle riding school listed in the Schedule hereto to
the effect that it may issue certificates of riding instruction
to enable a person to obtain a full licence to drive a motor
cycle in accordance with regulation 19D of the said regula-
tions.

SCHEDULE

THE Hamilton Motor Cycle Riding Course under the direc-
tion of Mr Richard Nicholls, and sponsored by Coca-Cola
Bottlers (Northern) Limited.

The Traffic (Thames-Coromandel District) Notice No. 2, 1976

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Thames-
   Coromandel District) Notice No. 2, 1976.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes
   of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a
   person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during
   the period commencing with the 20th day of December in
   each year and ending with the 10th day of February in the
   next ensuing year, and the period commencing with the
   Thursday preceding Easter and ending with the Tuesday
   following Easter each year shall be subject to the maximum
   speed limit of 50 kilometres an hour fixed by the said section.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the
   purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent
   that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time
   during the period commencing with the 1st day of December
   in each year and ending with the Tuesday following Easter
   each year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 50
   kilometres an hour fixed by the said section.

4. The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are
   hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the
   purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

SITUATED within Thames-Coromandel District at Whangapoua:

Tangiora Street.

Whangapoua Road: from the western terminating end of
Whangapoua Road to a point 1060 metres measured easterly
generally along the said road from Tangiora Street.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Thames-Coromandel District at Hot Water
Beach:

Hot Water Beach Road: from the eastern terminating end
of Hot Water Beach Road to a point 480 metres measured
north-westerly generally along the said road from the said
terminating point.
