PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule
hereto held by David Mackie Templeton, under and by
virtue of national endowment lease No. 1051, recorded in
certificate of title, Volume 251, folio 47, Otago Land Registry,
is hereby taken for a gravel pit, from and after the 22nd day
of December 1976.
