Cancellation of the Vesting in the Mackenzie County Council and Revocation of the Reservation over Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mackenzie and revokes the reservation as reserves for gravel pits over the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that Land be Part of the Taharoa Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Taharoa domain to be administered as a public domain by the domain board.

Declaration of Easement Agreement under the Forests Act 1949

Pursuant to section 15 (2A) of the Forests Act 1949, as amended by section 3 (3) of the Forests Amendment Act 1971, the Minister of Forests, being satisfied as to the sufficiency of such agreement, hereby declares

1. That an agreement in favour of Her Majesty the Queen granting a right of way over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been entered into between Her Majesty the Queen as grantee and the Fletcher Timber Company Limited as grantor.

2. That such agreement may be inspected at the office of the Conservator of Forests at Auckland, which agreement and the terms and conditions thereof are designated memorandum of transfer and grant of easement in respect of right of way, Tawhitowhenua Block Pt No. 1, CT 661/274, Block XII, Thames Survey District.

3. That a plan defining thereon the said easement is attached to such agreement and may be inspected at the above office.

4. That the date upon which such agreement became effective, being the date of execution of the agreement, is the 7th day of July 1976.

SCHEDULE

All that parcel of land containing 71 acres, 3 roods 1 perch, more or less, situated in Blocks VII and XII of the Thames Survey District, being the Te Ahuroa No. 1G, Tawhitowhenua No. 6A and Tawhitowhenua No. 3B, No. 2A Blocks, and portion of the Tawhitowhenua No. 1, 2, 4, 5, 3A, and 3B No. 1 Blocks, being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 661, folio 274, South Auckland Land Registry.
