IN THE MATTER OF THE Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of E. F. HALLIGAN LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at the offices of Messrs Fenton,
Anderson, MacKay and Donovan, 115 King Street North,
Hastings:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 18th day of November 1976, presented to the said
Court by LAMMAS MOTORS LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at the offices of Messrs
Esam, Cushing & Co., Chartered Accountants, Karamu Road
North, Hastings; and that the said petition is directed to
be heard before the Court sitting at Napier on Friday,
the 18th day of February 1977, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desir-
ous to support or oppose the making of an order on
the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person
or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the
petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor
or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on
payment of the regulated charge for the same.

3 miles of the office of the Supreme Court at Napier, and
must be signed by the person or firm or his or their solicitor
(if any) and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by
post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's
address for service not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon
of the 17th day of February 1977.

OPOTIKI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Opotiki County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act
1928 and the Counties Act 1956, to take the land described
in the Schedules hereto for a road. The plan showing the
land proposed to be taken is available for public inspection
at the office of the Opotiki County Council, Elliott Street,
Opotiki. Any person having any objections to the proposed
taking, not being objections to the amount or payment of
compensation, should lodge their objections in writing with
the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board,
P.O. Box 12244, Wellington North, within 40 days of the
first publication of this notice. If any such objections are
made as aforesaid, a public hearing of the objections will
be held, unless the objectors otherwise require, and each
objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

WELLINGTON REGIONAL WATER BOARD
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and in the
matter of the Wellington Regional Water Board, a board
duly constituted under the provisions of the
Wellington Regional Water Board Act 1972, and being a
local authority within the meaning of the Public Works
Act 1928, proposes under the provisions of the above Act
to execute a public work, namely, river protection work,
and for the purposes of such public work the lands, described
in the Schedule hereto, are required to be taken for river pro-
tection purposes; and notice is hereby further given that a plan
of the lands so required to be taken, being a certain plan lod-
ged for deposit at the Land Transfer Office at Wellington under
No. 45279, is deposited at the offices of the board, M.E.D.
Building, 40-44 Cuba Street, Wellington, and is there avail-
able for inspection by all persons without fee during ordinary
office hours. All persons who are affected by the execution
of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands,
and who have any objection to the execution of the said
public work or to the taking of the said lands or any of
them, should state their objections in writing and send the
same within forty (40) days from the first publication of
this notice to the secretary of the Town and Country Plan-
ing Appeal Board, care of Tribunals Division, Private Bag,
Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is received a
public hearing of such objection will, unless the objector
otherwise requires, be held and each objector will be advised
of the time, date, and place thereof.

plan lodged for deposit at the Land Transfer Office, Well-
ington, under No. 45279, situate in the City of Upper Hutt,
