Approval of Motor Cycle Riding School
Pursuant to regulation 19B (5) of the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1964, the Minister of Transport hereby ap-
proves the motor cycle riding school, listed in the Schedule
hereto, to the effect that it may issue certificates of riding
instruction to enable a person to obtain a full licence to
drive a motor cycle in accordance with regulation 19D of
the said Regulations.

The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 2, 1976
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga County)
   Notice No. 1, 1976.
2. The roads, specified in the Schedule hereto, are hereby
   declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes
   of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice 1958, dated the
   10th day of April 1958†, under section 36 of the Transport
   Act 1949, and the Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice, No. 2,
   1975†, dated the 1st day of August 1975†, under regulation
   27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relate to roads
   situated within Tauranga County at Katikati, are hereby
   revoked.
