Resumption of Unformed Legal Roads in Blocks VII, VIII, XIII, XVI, and XVIII, Waiau Survey District

PURSUANT to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Wairoa County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Pohangina County Council and Revocation of the Reservation over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Pohangina, and revokes the reservation for gravel purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale shall be utilised
