Vesting Reclaimed Land in Manukau City Council
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day of November 1976

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 175B (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Manukau City Council the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation by Order in Council of 23 January 1963*, such land to be vested as a recreation reserve.

SCHEDULE ALL that piece of reclaimed Crown land, situated in Block IV, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland Land District, containing 167 square metres as shown on plan S.O. 51371, MD15794.

The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect to this order.

Re-defining the Limits of Timaru Harbour and the Pilotage District for Timaru Harbour

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to sections 3 and 211 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby re-defines the harbour* of Timaru and the limits of the Timaru Harbour Pilotage Distric† as being all that area of the sea and tidal waters inside the arc of a circle of 2.5 nautical miles radius centred on the eastern extension mole light structure, as shown on the plan marked M.D. 15795, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

Holloway, C.B., C.B.E., in the rank of Major-General, and is transferred to the Generals' List, with effect from 15 November 1976.

BRIGADERS' LIST Brigadier R. D. P. Hassett, C.B.E., A.D.C., to be acting Major-General, with effect from 12 November 1976.
