The Invercargill City Council Electric Lines Licence 1960,
Amendment No. 1
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Invercargill City Council Electric Lines Licence 1960*, by adding to the First Schedule thereto the following paragraph:
(3) A line commencing from a point on the Council’s boundary and proceeding in a north-easterly direction for approximately 450 metres crossing through Part 3 of 43 S.O. 200 and then into Lot 3 of D.P. 8051 Southland Land District all being situated in the Invercargill Hundred Survey District Block II.
The said line is more particularly shown on plan marked NZED 927 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
